First New England Mortgage was founded in 1987 by David who has 26 years experience in the mortgage business. The company has closed well over 25,000 loans with a loan volume well over $5 Billion.
Navigating through the many hurdles of the mortgage industry, success is achieved by offering competitive interest rates and great service by each Loan Officers at First New England Mortgage. Most of our Loan Officers have been with First New England Mortgage for more than 5 years and many for over 10, 15, and even 20 years.
Customer service is what keeps our customers returning, and referring their family, friends, and colleagues to First New England Mortgage for all of their mortgage financing needs.
Bradley T. Black
Bradley T. Black began his tenure at First New England Mortgage in 1988 part time, and then full time in 1991. As Vice President since 1992 and also as CFO, the company has closed over$5 Billion on more than 25,000 loans closed. From 1986 to 1991 he was a civil engineer having received a BS from UMass Dartmouth.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Mortgage Association, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the USGA. He is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in Massachusetts (MLO18406).
Chris Kelley
Chris Kelley has been the Sales Manager at 1st New England since 2005; he oversees the training, motivation, industry education and day-to-day originations of the First New England Mortgage Origination Staff, along with originating loans for his own portfolio of clients.
As a former Government Bond Trader, Chris also keeps the FNE team abreast of the trends and conditions in the fixed income markets that shape mortgage rates.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a degree in economics.
Chris Furtado
IT Manager - Having been in the IT industry for over 13 years,
Chris started with First New England Mortgage in the Summer of 2006. Streamlined the company making for a more efficient working environment where all First New England Mortgage employees have greater flexibility and mobility while keeping us safe and secure.
Being a father of four, I'm always on the go. Whether its a school play, sporting event, music concert or just hitting the playground with the little ones, most of my time is spent with the family. When i can, i enjoy kayaking, golf, mountain biking and other outdoor activities as well as catching a Patriots or Red Sox game.
Julie Lamie
Julie joined First New England Mortgage in 2010 as the Accounting Manager. She is brand new to the mortgage industry, having worked in high tech for the past ten years.
Ms. Lamie has an MBA in Finance from University of Rochester and B.A. from the University of New Hampshire. She lives in Medfield, MA with her husband. She has a son in college and a daughter who graduated in 2008.
